How to Schedule Specialized Care:
Patients will need to have a referral from their primary care Provider to a specialized Provider (General Surgery, Orthopedics, Podiatry) for most insurances to cover the specialized care.

Family Health

We offer friendly, family-oriented, care by Physicians and Physician Assistants who live, work, and engage in our community. Our Providers realize the importance of family and want to ensure that we provide top quality care to your family at all times.

Clinic Hours

Our Clinic is open Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Nurse visits are Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm. We do not schedule appoints after 4:30 pm so that Providers and Staff can follow-up with patients seen that day.

We have walk-in clinic hours from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday and 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday for patients with minor injuries including:
Animal bites
Earaches
Coughs colds or flu
Nausea and vomiting
Sprains and strains and many other health-related issues.

Our lab is open for testing 8am - 5pm (M-F).

*Please note: PCR Covid Tests do not have to be scheduled, but have a 5-7 day turn around.**

Prescription Refills

Please contact your pharmacy when you need a refill of your medication. Your pharmacist will then contact the clinic so that the medication can be refilled promptly. We ask that you please allow us up to 48 business hours to get your prescription refilled. To help expedite this process, all patients must be seen at least annually for medication refills.
