Matt attended Utah Valley University prior to completing the Physician Assistant program at Rocky Mountain University of Health Profession in Provo, UT.
Biography:
I was raised nearby in Randolph, Utah and grew up on cattle ranch, which I still enjoy working on during my days off. Healthcare is a great profession for me, as it allows me to help others in their quest for a healthy life and affords me the opportunity to live in this community. The aspect that I love most about my job in the walk in clinic is to be able to improve someone's quality of life. I view healthcare as not only a profession, but also as a service and I strive to have a service oriented mind set. Outside of work, I enjoy everything about the outdoors - hiking, fishing, hunting.

I enjoy practicing shared-decision making with my patients, in so much that I present them with several options and we make the best choice for the given patient/situation together, achieving better patient satisfaction and engagement, as well as commitment to the treatment plan.
